There are a lot of programs that will fuck up your voice like a robot.

Adobe Audition has a ton of in-house filters you can use to do that. It's a lot like Audacity in a lot of ways, I personally prefer it over Audacity but it's not "free."

Morph Vox, which you can get a free trial of, has a robot filter too.

Getting an Auto-Tune VST for audacity can make you sound robotic if you kind of sing your words a little. If you google auto-tune VST I'm sure you'll find all you need to know to set one up with audacity.
