good stuff! I especially LOVED the hand animation you did at the beginning. That part looks like it took a month in of itself!
I didn't quite understand why the man puts swords in his prisons, I suppose subconciously he wanted to die.
I also really liked the presence of death. Constantly making me guess who he was here for. I was so sure that it would be the samurai, but I suppose Death would come for him another time.

Man, for that opening intro I had to record myself folding and unfolding a piece of paper, then rotoscoped it in Flash. It took not a month, but 3 days straight to make.
