Which one do you think it is?
My personal favorite - "The Punisher". And guess what - in 2 days it celebrates 20 years since its release. 20 years! This game is amazing and it has all those features that were absolutely revolutionary for its time - groping moves, weapons, bombs, etc.
It took me serious 'research' to learn to beat it without continue. With Nick Fury. Here's how:
streets of rage series, easily. if you've played the series, check out streets of rage remake, it's fucking awesome.

Streets of Rage 2, but actually I've never played this Punisher game and it does look pretty badass.
You should play it dude, the gameplay is sweet.
Any of Streets of Rage... is what many would expect.
But actually, I liked the SNES version of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time" more.
I grew up with it.
